Eric is on a mission to change the way we talk about work and get fulfillment from it. As co-founder of NoW Innovations, and Lead Content Strategist for True Calling Canada., Eric has been featured in Forbes, Inc., Thrive Global, the Huffington Post and many others. In 2015, Eric was recognized as a Top 100 Emerging Innovators under 35 globally by American Express and has also sat as Community Integration Chair for Global Shapers Calgary, former Canadian G20 YEA Delegate, and is currently signed by the National Speakers Bureau and travels the world talking about the future of work. In 2016, Eric spoke at TEDxBCIT in Vancouver giving his presentation ‘Bigger than Work’. His new book, Rethink Work is also being featured with publications such as Forbes, Financial Post, Thrive Global, INC. and many others.

 Leigh is a TWU Alumni from 2009 currently making waves in the marketplaces of Vancouver. She is a creative communicator with expertise in sharing the heart of non-profit organizations across cultures and continents. From Swaziland to Ethiopia, Mozambique to Vancouver, her passion lies in powerfully connecting donors, sponsors and communities to the impact they are making in the world. As the co-owner of Fawkes + Holly and Founder of The Lipstick Project, Leigh has been named to BC Business’ Top 30 Under 30 list and has been nominated for the YWCA’s Women of Distinction Awards. She has spoken at TEDxSFU and Sam Sullivan’s Public Salons. Leigh graduated from TWU in 2009 with a BA in Communications and is currently an MBA Candidate at Simon Fraser University's Beedie School of Business.

Leader, entrepreneur and boots-on-the-ground optimist, Peter founded Smart Savvy 10 years ago as a response to a gap in the recruitment industry and has been making waves ever since working with clients such as MEC, Lululemon, Best Buy, and Coast Capital Savings to name a few. He is also a TWU Alumni, serves on the Vancouver Board of Trade, works as a consultant and has international experience launching divisions in Canada, USA, Europe and Australia.
Originally from Scotland and currently based out of Vancouver, Phil leads all fundraising and advocacy activity in BC for IJM Canada’s work. With his background in theology studies, pastoral leadership and corporate risk management experience, he now uses his expertise as a speaker inspiring people to connect with social justice issues. Phil was also integral in IJM's recent Passport to Freedom Benefit Dinner in October raising $251,000 for citizenship rights casework.Â
With over 3 decades of financial industry experience specalizing in investment and estate planning, Dan communicates his passion for finance as an international speaker, consultant and president of Loney Financial. Dan previously competed professionally in kickboxing and hockey, has held integral positions on the Manulife Bank Advisory Board, the IDC Worldsource Advisory Board, Focus on the Family, and is a project director in Guatemala for Awana International. He has also been recognized by Manulife Financial with the inaugural Leadership of Excellence Award.Â
After graduating from TWU in 2013 with a BBA and already exploring her options in the corporate world, Danielle decided to start her own home-based business, which she worked on part time. Danielle then discovered her passion for self-development, networking and learning from successful business Women and in early 2015, launched Vancity Business Babes which is one of Vancouver's largest community of young business women (around 2,000), bloggers and creative entrepreneurs in the area. She hosts monthly events for the purpose of education, inspiration, and connection and above all values the key to success in your career is founded on the authenticity of your relationships.Â
Scott has spent much of his career in the not-for-profit sector working with arts organizations, in post-secondary education, and with local and international relief and development groups. He is currently the Advancement Director at Mennonite Central Committee BC (MCC) where he oversees fundraising, marketing/communications, and community engagement strategies. Scott also spends time writing and consulting as the Principal of DOING GOODER, where he uses improvisation to help agents of change break through barriers that keep them from advancing their cause. Â Prior to MCC, Scott served as the VP, Alumni and Community Engagement and Executive Director, TWU Alumni Association at TWU. He is also an alum, graduating in 1999 with a degree in theatre.

Projecting a complete vision—with the right idea for the right project—Adam leads the Agency Media team with hands-on direction and client-focused creative. He’s the Swiss Army Knife of video production and a master at directing stories. He loves to uncover the heart of each person’s story, and uses that to highlight their business. A graduate of Capilano’s Motion Picture program, Adam has produced an award-winning feature film, directed and produced commercials, television shows, documentaries, corporate videos and managed social campaigns. In his free time he can be found binge-watching films and re-enacting them.
